This programme aims at improving posture which is perfect for people who live a sedentary life or sports enthusiasts with a need for improving alignment. An initial assessment will outline exercises that are most suitable for your specific needs, with tips for further training at home after the programme. Private sessions will increase joint mobility through a variety of suspension and bodyweight exercises. Massage and foot reflexology will act on the three cavities that correct posture starting from the head through to the chest, restoring energy through the whole body.
