The Fit after Covid programme at Park Igls aims to help aid chronic fatigue, powerlessness, headaches, irritating coughing or problems with sense of smell or taste after a COVID-19 infection. Help to gauge what your current health status is and alongside expert doctors and specialists and start to make progress into your regeneration. A unique blend of diagnostic measures including physiotherapy, exercise therapy assessments, lung function testing and Modern Mayr Medicine is used to stimulate detoxification.

The kitchens at Park Igls aim to provide alkaline, light and elegantly prepared modern Mayr cuisine. Using organic and regional foods to provide an extra taste for local culture. Drinks served are based upon purity and cleansing, a range of teas and herbal teas alongside water for meals are available. During your initial examination with your Mayr physician, you will discuss what dietary stage would best suit you. Also, taking into account your personal constitution and if you have any specific allergies or intolerances. The restaurant consists of three rooms and a terrace is available for you to enjoy all year round.
