Lucy Miller is a fitness and nutrition advisor, and Fitness Editor at Health & Fitness Magazine. She holds fitness qualifications from NASM Training and Premier Training International. When Lucy isn't writing about everything fitness, interviewing celebs like Mel B, Kelly Brook or Kelly Rowland, or training clients, Lucy loves nothing more than training herself. She has completed four marathons, and loves pushing her body to the limits with regular running and gym sessions including ballet, boxing and TRX.
