Gusto by Heinz Beck
The elegant and sophisticated Gusto restaurant, led by the three Michelin starred chef Heinz Beck, fuses contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with Scandinavian design. There is an open kitchen and an alfresco terrace looking out over the infinity pool. The Gusto Bar has a unique story for every cocktail and was recently awarded the Best Bar Award at the Lisbon Bar Show.

Louro Restaurant
With a glass atrium and innovative, locally inspired Portuguese dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Louro is effortlessly modern and relaxed. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the infinity pool and gardens, and the outdoor pergola features an enclosed fireplace. It is a comfortable family restaurant where you can take part in cooking lessons and interactive culinary experiences.

Lago Lounge
Relax in style at Lago Lounge, a bar serving speciality fresh fruit infused cocktails and coffee, premium gins and an exclusive selection of teas, exotic Sri Lankan teas and artisanal beers. Lago also serves sushi, Portuguese tapas, salads, burger and offers a signature High Tea Experience. Unwind in the modern interior or on the extensive outdoor terrace with views of the pool and gardens.

Dado Pool Restaurant
Featuring a refreshing pool-side menu, the hidden oasis of the Dado Restaurant & Bar offers and extensive selection of sandwiches, salads, snacks, cocktails, fresh fruit juices and chilled drinks served to you in your sun-lounger. This poolside bar and restaurant features a South American inspired menu and outdoor seating under palm trees or umbrellas.

Sereno Pool Bar
This poolside bar serves a selection of pizzas, burgers, salads and ice creams. Order from your private cabana and have food and drinks brought to you while you relax by the pool. Cocktails, fresh fruit and vitamin enriched water are served to refresh you all day when by the infinity pool.

Conrad Algarve is a 20-minute drive from Faro International Airport.

Conrad Algarve is set in Quinta do Lago within the 2000-hectare Ria Formosa Nature Park. The Quinta do Lago North and South golf courses are both approximately one mile from the hotel, and there are additional golf courses two miles away. There are many beautiful beaches just a short drive away.

In the neighbouring village of São Lourenço their community church is worth making the trip to see. It dates back to 1730 with walls decorated with the characteristic blue tiles (azulejos) telling the story of its patron saint. Inside the church there is a collection of 17th and 18th century statues as well as a chest with carved decoration in the sacristy.
