Award-winning healing session created by Stefano Battaglia based on his lifelong research in the holistic field and his specialisations, including Trauma Touch Skills, Interactive conversation, meditative bodywork, and intuitive techniques that address the body's needs releasing emotional blocks, anxiety and imbalance related to trauma.

- Water healing massage (45 min)

Healing, intimate and soothing water massage performed in the saltwater sky pool or in the indoor thermal pool.

- 2 x Glowing Flow Follow Up Sessions (approx 50 mins each)

During this interactive session, Stefano assesses the progress of previous treatments, transforms and clarifies insights, improvements, and questions, while also calibrating the next sessions or providing specific bodywork. These sessions can also be adapted into private meditation lessons tailored to individual levels of experience, needs and the desire for self-discovery.


- Meditation Class with Stefano Battaglia

Exclusive to Glowing Flow Retreat guests, these sessions are based on Vipassana (the inspiration behind mindfulness) and other approaches learned and experienced over more than 25 years.

- Daily Moderator support

Stefano Battaglia leads the retreats, supported by Patrizia, who offers various sensory techniques, inspired talks, herbal remedies and tips to enhance your experience at the resort and facilitate transformation.

Location Overview

Preidlhof resort is located in Naturns, South Tyrol, Italy. Declared “World Heritage Site” by UNESCO, the splendid Dolomite landscape frames the hotel. Luscious Mediterranean vegetation turns into alpine pastures at high altitudes, that are dominated by glaciers and snowfields. The resort is situated between two of the largest natural parks in South Tyrol. The surrounding landscape is varied and rich in wildlife, Ideal for walking or a peaceful rural retreat.

Preidlhof has an award-winning gourmet-style restaurant that serves a selection of fresh Mediterranean cuisine. The hotel grows, cultivates, and harvests many of the ingredients themselves and serves wine from their own winery. The hotel bar is a relaxing environment that serves a range of signature and non-alcoholic drinks.

Breakfast experience with an excellent choice of options in buffet style. Lunch in buffet style including live show cooking, selection of hearty pasta, fine soups, crisp salads, other Mediterranean delicacies, fresh fruit, homemade cakes, and tartes. Dinner in gourmet style including seven-course dinner based on a range of menus or vegetarian options and Italian cuisine. Awarded with three toques by Gault Millau in 2019.

Nearby

Preidlhof resort is a 10-minute walk from the village of Naturno which offers many shops and restaurants. The hotel is 15 km from Merano and 45 km from Bolzano. There is a lot of beautiful landscape to explore nearby, including the Stelvio National Park and the Texel Group Nature Park.

Weather

The best months for travelling in much of Italy are from April-June and mid-September-October. Temperatures are comfortable, rural colours are rich and it’s not too crowded. Easter and the summer holidays are peak visiting months.

    We stayed at the Preidlhof and had a fabulous time! A big plus for us is that this is an adults only hotel which creates a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel, we stayed in a lovely modern room with an outside bed and jacuzzi on the terrace. The many spa facilities in the spa tower are immaculate, with a plentiful supply of towels and refreshments. The food quality and choice is first class, we particularly enjoyed the fresh pasta at lunchtime and the huge selection of cakes, the service in the restaurant was perfect. We took advantage of using the hotels E- bikes for exploring the many dedicated cycle paths in the area.
